Induction

“Welcome to this journey of self-love and self-acceptance. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. Allow yourself to relax and let go of any tension or stress.
Imagine yourself standing in front of a warm, comforting mirror. As you gaze into the mirror, you see a compassionate and loving reflection staring back at you. This is the reflection of your higher self, and it’s here to guide you towards greater self-acceptance and self-love.
With each breath, allow yourself to relax further, feeling any self-doubt or criticism melting away. Imagine yourself letting go of the need for perfection, and instead, embracing your unique qualities and strengths.
Deepening
“Now, imagine a soothing, calming light filling your body. This light represents self-love and acceptance, and it’s nurturing and comforting. As it flows through your body, it dissolves any remaining self-doubt or negativity, leaving you feeling more confident and compassionate towards yourself.
As you breathe in, repeat the phrase ‘I am enough’ to yourself. Allow these words to sink deeply into your mind and heart, filling you with a sense of self-acceptance and worthiness. As you exhale, imagine any self-criticism or negativity leaving your body, making space for more self-love and acceptance.
Cultivating Self-Love
“Imagine yourself in a peaceful, serene environment, surrounded by loving and supportive energy. This is a place where you can be your authentic self, without fear of judgment or rejection. Take a moment to notice how it feels to be in this space, surrounded by love and acceptance.
Now, bring to mind a situation or experience where you felt loved and accepted by others. It could be a memory from childhood, a recent event, or a moment with a loved one. Allow yourself to relive this experience, feeling the emotions and sensations of being loved and accepted.
As you immerse yourself in this feeling, imagine it expanding and growing, filling your entire being with self-love and acceptance. You are worthy of this love and acceptance, not just from others, but from yourself.
Releasing Self-Criticism
“Imagine any self-criticism or negativity as a cloud in your mind. As you breathe in, imagine a warm, gentle breeze dissolving this cloud, allowing the sun to shine through. With each exhalation, imagine any self-doubt or criticism leaving your body, making space for more self-love and acceptance.
Repeat the phrase ‘I release all self-criticism and negativity’ to yourself, allowing these words to sink deeply into your mind and heart. Feel the weight of self-doubt lifting, as you embrace your unique qualities and strengths.
Integration and Empowerment
“As you continue to cultivate self-love and self-acceptance, imagine yourself becoming more confident and compassionate towards yourself. You are no longer held back by self-doubt or criticism; you are free to be your authentic self, without fear of judgment or rejection.
Take a moment to notice how it feels to be in this empowered state. Imagine yourself making choices that align with your values and desires, and taking care of your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Grounding and Awakening
“When you’re ready, slowly begin to bring your attention back to the present moment. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, imagine yourself feeling more grounded and centered. Notice the sensations in your body, and the sounds around you.
Remember, you are enough, just as you are. You are worthy of love, acceptance, and compassion – not just from others, but from yourself. Take one final, deep breath in, and when you’re ready, slowly open your eyes.”
Awakening
(Soothing music continues to play for another minute or two, allowing the client to slowly come back to a state of full awareness)
